How renting works

Reserve & pay

Pay 60% downpayment and fill out the reservation form. Security deposit of ₱500 must be paid at least 2 days before your pick-up date.

Pick up — Day 1

Receive your dress via Lalamove, Grab, Toktok, J&T, meet-up (with handling fee), or personal pick-up (no extra charge). Pick-up time: 8:00AM – 3:00PM only.

Wear & enjoy

Your dress is ready-to-wear. Please do not wash or machine dry — just wear it and look stunning for your special occasion.

04

Return — Day 3

Return the dress in the same condition as received by 5:00PM on the 3rd day. Returns after 5PM are considered delayed (₱100/day penalty).

For renters outside Metro Manila, any extra day will be charged from your original shipping/return date. Additional courier fees are paid by the renter.

Reservation & Deposit

Reservation Policy

  • 60% downpayment required to reserve your preferred date.
  • No refund for cancellations.
  • Not transferable to another person, gown/dress, or date.
  • Without downpayment and form, the dress/gown is not reserved.

Security Deposit

  • A ₱500 security deposit is required.
  • It will be returned within 24 hours after we receive the complete and undamaged dress.
  • 1 valid ID is required for legitimacy.

Reminders

  1. 1The dress is ready-to-wear and must not be washed.
  2. 2₱100 per day penalty for delayed return (if not returned on the reserved date).
  3. 3Returns made after 5 PM are considered delayed.
  4. 4No refund if the dress/gown is not used.
  5. 5Security deposit must be paid on or before 2 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
  6. 6No cancellations are allowed within 2 days before the pick-up date.
  7. 7If you change the date or dress/gown, a new reservation fee is required.
